I would like to welcome you and thank you in advance for attending my exercise class.
I was born loving physical exercise. Every since I can remember I have been moving, grooving, and having lots of energy. I cheered all the way through college and became an aerobics instructor in 1992. I received my group exercise certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I earned my 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Trainer) certification and I have a passion for it holistic approach to health. I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
I feel empowered to make a difference in peoples’ lives. My focus is to help improve my clients’ lifestyles while improving their self esteem. My desire is to reach out to those who struggle with their health and help them to create healthy habits one day at a time. I have to say I love my “die hard clients too!
I will give you many tools if you come to my class. Make small attainable goals that will work for your lifestyle and they will last a lifetime! Remember, we all look and move differently. Have fun and find the balance that works for you!
