Stacie McCarty

Stacie's fitness journey started in 2010 when she walked through the doors of her first Zumba training with only a vague idea of what it was. It was love at first shimmy!

She grew up with a love for dance. "I especially loved learning traditional folk dances from around the world so it seemed a natural step from the world of dance into the world of fitness." Over the years she has continued learning with additional trainings in Aqua Zumba, Zumba, Proskills and Urban Boot Camp. On top of the classes she teaches, she will also take any and as many fitness classes as possible, always looking for a new opportunity to learn.
